Data Deletion
Ad Launcher stores business advertising data — asset identifiers, encrypted access tokens, ad creative — not personal Facebook profile data. To remove data, any of these work:
- In the App: a workspace owner can disconnect Meta or Shopify under Settings → Connections, which discards the stored connection and its tokens.
- On Meta's side: remove the App's business integration in your Meta Business settings (Business settings → Integrations → Connected apps). The tokens we hold stop working immediately.
- By request: write to maycol@olivinebeauty.com from the email on your App account and we will delete the account and its data.
Deletion requests sent automatically by Meta (for example when a user removes the App from their Facebook settings) are received at a callback, logged, and answered with a confirmation code. You can check a code's status by opening https://launcher.olivinebeauty.com/data-deletion?code=<your code>.
