Ad Launcher ("the App") is operated by maycol@olivinebeauty.com ("we", "us"). By signing in or using the App you agree to these terms.
What the App is
A private, invitation-only tool for building and managing a business's own advertising. Accounts are created by an administrator or by invitation; there is no public signup.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only assets — ad accounts, Pages, pixels, stores — that you are authorized by their owner to manage.
- Use of connected platforms through the App must comply with those platforms' own terms and advertising policies, including Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Standards and Shopify's API terms.
- The advertising content a business creates or launches through the App is that business's responsibility, including the accuracy and legality of its claims.
- Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; actions taken under your account are attributed to you in the audit log.
Money-affecting actions
The App creates ads in a paused state by default. Turning ads on, or un-pausing a campaign, is always an explicit, confirmed operator action. The operating business is responsible for the ad spend that results in its own ad account.
Our rights
We may suspend or remove access to protect the App, its users, or the connected platforms — for example on suspected misuse or a platform-policy violation. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially affects a connected business we aim to say so in advance.
No warranty; limitation
The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the performance outcomes of any advertising campaign. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
